Cooking Notes
1. Remove plastic lid and sauce containers completely
2. Includes a food-safe parchment paper layer to prevent leakage and keep the food intact during delivery
3. Remove the parchment paper or leave it on
4. Microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in oven at 150°C
for 5–6 minutes

Our Asam Pedas is a vibrant, Southeast Asian–inspired bowl built around bold, comforting flavours. Fragrant pandan basmati rice forms the base, paired with roasted tomato, pineapple, and eggplant for a gentle balance of tang, sweetness, and depth. Steamed choy sum adds freshness, while the laksa leaf powder brings an aromatic crunch. Finished with a bright squeeze of calamansi and our house-made asam pedas sauce.
