Our Maze Soba is inspired by the Japanese noodle bowls we love, but with a fresh Green Kitchen twist. We start with nutty buckwheat soba, pairing it with a rainbow of crisp, fresh vegetables for texture and vibrancy. The real star is our roasted garlic sesame miso sauce - creamy, savoury, and deeply umami - designed to coat each strand of noodle perfectly. Pickled cherry tomatoes add a bright, tangy pop, while shiso leaf brings an aromatic lift. Finished with a sprinkle of crispy furikake, it’s light yet satisfying, and full of nourishing, feel-good flavours.
