Inspired by a recent trip to Goa, where he also partook in a traditional cookery class, Chef Adam brings an authentic Goan curry sauce recipe to Singapore. A homemade, fresh curry paste is made and then carefully simmered to produce a beautifully perfumed and aromatic sauce, Enjoy!
