This bowl features tender Glazed Tuna or our plant-based Glazed Edamame Loaf, perfectly complemented by a silky sous vide egg, adding a touch of richness to every bite. The base offers a choice of soba or gluten-free soba, providing a satisfying and nutritious foundation. Fresh, lightly steamed nai bai, crisp julienned daikon and carrot, and tangy soy-pickled Japanese cucumber stem come together to create a delightful medley of flavors, finished with the delicate zing of picked ginger for a refreshing contrast. 

To enhance the umami depth, the bowl is topped with a fragrant blend of mixed sesame seeds and shredded nori, adding a delightful crunch and a burst of savory goodness. Drizzle it all with our signature Miso Citrus Emulsion, served seperately in a convenient tub, bringing a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy notes to tie everything together.
