Refund policy

Changes or Cancellations:

  • You'll get an email about your upcoming order, either 24 hours before renewal or when you first sign up. This email confirms your upcoming order.
  • To change or cancel, do it before Friday at 10pm.
  • If you cancel after this time, there's a fee.
  • If you change your mind between Friday 10pm and Saturday 3pm, there's a $25 fee.
  • No refunds are available after Saturday 3pm.

Company Discretion:

  • We may cancel your order, but you'll get a credit voucher if we do.

Auto-Renewal Subscription Plan Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your auto-renewal plan, but there's no refund after Saturday 3pm.

Ordering & Payments:

  • Order and pay online on our website.
  • Your bank statement will show transactions as "Green Kitchen Pte Ltd."
  • Remember, Friday at 10pm is the deadline for changes or cancellations. Requests after this time will have fees.

Delivery

Evening Delivery (7 pm -10 pm) - Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Morning Delivery (8am - 12am (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

5-Day of Meals: You will receive 3 deliveries:

  • Delivery 1: 2-Days of Meals (Sunday-Monday).
  • Delivery 2: 2-Days of Meals (Wednesday-Thursday).
  • Delivery 3: 1-Day of Meals (Friday).

4-Day of Meals: You will receive 2 deliveries:

  • Delivery 1: 2-Days of Meals (Sunday-Monday).
  • Delivery 2: 2-Days of Meals (Wednesday-Thursday).

3-Day of Meals: You will receive 2 deliveries:

  • Delivery 1: 2-Days of Meals (Sunday-Monday).
  • Delivery 2: 1-Days of Meals (Wednesday).

Delivery Flexibility:

  • Delivery timings may vary due to traffic and other factors. Contact our customer service for updates.
  • Any changes to the delivery address must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Re-Delivery Policy:

A $10 re-delivery fee applies if:

  • Our agent can't reach you upon arrival, with a 10-minute grace period.
  • Re-delivery is needed within 30 minutes of the initial attempt, with no refund if you don't respond.
  • An incorrect delivery address is provided.

Important Note:

When using our food delivery services, you're served by self-employed delivery drivers or runners.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
